The PERFECT Bluebeard retelling/redemption。 I have always disliked the original Bluebeard story， it’s gross， it’s dark， and I was happy to leave it back in high school… but then this series came along！ And wow。 Perfection。 I’m still reeling from the emotional investment， but it’s the good kind of reeling where you wish there was just one more chapter。 So， favorite points without spoilers:Grosbeak: I love and hate him。 😂 I can’t figure it out STILL。 Someday I’ll come to terms with it。 😂Bluebeard: The PERFECT Bluebeard retelling/redemption。 I have always disliked the original Bluebeard story， it’s gross， it’s dark， and I was happy to leave it back in high school… but then this series came along！ And wow。 Perfection。 I’m still reeling from the emotional investment， but it’s the good kind of reeling where you wish there was just one more chapter。 So， favorite points without spoilers:Grosbeak: I love and hate him。 😂 I can’t figure it out STILL。 Someday I’ll come to terms with it。 😂Bluebeard: the absolute ART FORM in closing his deals and tying up loose ends。 10/10。 Also。 His relationship with Izolda is stunning。 His devotion and trust was unwavering and I’m here for it。 Izolda: what a gem。 What an absolutely brilliant MC。 Her character arc， her personality， her wit， just wow。 She is the perfect blend of mercy， strength， and cunning。 I am a little torn up because I’m fairly certain there won’t be a quite character like her again in my future reads but that is what makes her so special。 15/10 。。。more

This really is the fairytale to end all fairytales！ This has been an incredible series and the author did not let us down with the final book。 Exciting and gripping as we continue following Izolda and Bluebeard to the conclusion of their journey and what an epic journey it has been。 The storyline is simply fantastical and with the most incredible world building that pulls you in and holds on tight。 The author has done a great job not just with the ending but with pulling everything together and This really is the fairytale to end all fairytales！ This has been an incredible series and the author did not let us down with the final book。 Exciting and gripping as we continue following Izolda and Bluebeard to the conclusion of their journey and what an epic journey it has been。 The storyline is simply fantastical and with the most incredible world building that pulls you in and holds on tight。 The author has done a great job not just with the ending but with pulling everything together and giving us the answers and the characters are amazing and not just the main ones。 It’s been an incredible adventure and one I am so glad I joined and once it ended， well I just had to sit for a while before I could even think about going and doing something else。 。。。more

An enjoyable read and definitely a very satisfying ending to this series。 I enjoyed learning how the Path of Princes was to be completed and the role the other wives played。 Bluebeard is very clever and I love how everything came together in the end！

OMG 。 What a phenomenal series this has been。If you haven’t read it before， now is the time。 You need to read in order but I’ll let others write war and peace but it’s brilliant。Please don’t be put off by my short review （ I have too many to read）。This is a great telling of Bluebeard。 Everything comes together in this finale。 What a tumultuous journey it has been。 But it’s been so worth it。No more gushing from me ， simply a 100% recommended reading。You can’t go wrong。
